Since launching our flagship system Aquablu REFILL in 2023, we’ve grown 300%+ year-over-year, expanded to 16 countries, and were named the 2nd Fastest Growing Company of the Netherlands (Deloitte Fast 50). Now, we’re ready to take that growth to the next level, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the charge in France.
How you’ll make an impact as Channel Sales Manager (France)
Simple: you’ll be the one who builds and leads our local partner ecosystem from scratch. You’ll activate new dealers, grow existing accounts, and steer regional strategy through data and market insights. It’s a role for someone who’s equal parts operator, hunter and strategist. This isn’t about maintaining. It’s about growing something that doesn’t exist yet and owning every step of the way. You’ll report to our Channel Sales Director but also work closely with Channel Sales Managers across Europe, and become the face of Aquablu in France.
What you’ll be doing
Build a high-performing partner network.
You’ll identify, onboard, and train new resellers and dealers in France, while serving as the go-to contact for all local partners. With a strong focus on enablement and relationship building, you’ll empower them to sell and scale with confidence.Grow the business
You’ll close strategic partnerships and uncover untapped opportunities in the market, driving expansion across regions, verticals, and customer segments. Along the way, you’ll keep a sharp eye on KPIs and partner performance to ensure we’re scaling with impact.Shape the France strategy.
By sharing on-the-ground insights, you’ll influence everything from product and positioning to our go-to-market approach. You’ll use data and partner feedback to refine our channel playbooks and create a local partner scorecard that drives smarter, faster decisions.

What you bring to the table:
5+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Strategic Partnerships / Partner Enablement
You live in the France region (or near the border in NL) and speak French & English fluently
A builder’s mindset – you’re proactive, hands-on and like having full ownership
You know how to open doors, close deals, and grow what you build
You’re confident with data, CRM tools and a fast-moving environment
Experience in SaaS, tech or FMCG is a big plus
Comfortable with travel across the region – meeting partners face-to-face is second nature to you
