We are seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Lead to guide our financial operations and analysis efforts. In this role, you will combine deep financial acumen with strong data analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights and drive business performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business control activities to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights from financial and operational data, driving decision-making across departments.

  • Business Control: Establish and maintain robust financial controls, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Sales to integrate financial perspectives into decision-making and strategic initiatives.

  • Performance Monitoring: Provide real-time financial reporting and variance analyses, offering recommendations to address risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and evaluate financial models to assess the impact of various strategic initiatives and business scenarios.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, CPA) are a plus.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business control roles, with a strong record of delivering actionable insights.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with ERP and financial software is a plus.

  • Data Analytics Skills: Strong crossover skills in data analytics, with the ability to work with large datasets and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.

  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.

  • Nice to Have: Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and integrating financial insights with customer and sales data.
