Ready to make waves through partnerships and experiences?

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Events & Partnerships Manager to level up Aquablu’s brand presence. From leading trade shows and co-branded activations to building strategic partnerships, you’ll be the experience architect behind some of our most high-impact brand moments.

You’ll bring structure, energy, and strategy to our event calendar and partnerships—making sure every experience is premium, on-brand, and unforgettable.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead Event Strategy & Execution - Own our event roadmap, from product launches to pop-up tastings and partner activations. Booths, budgets, lead gen—you’ve got it.

  • Create Co-Branded Experiences - Work with lifestyle brands and wellness partners to deliver unique, co-hosted experiences that make a lasting impression.

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships - Identify and grow partnerships beyond our reseller network, together with the Brand Manager. Think: corporate wellness, sustainability orgs, premium lifestyle brands.

  • Elevate the Brand - Collaborate with content and design teams to translate the Aquablu lifestyle into premium physical and digital moments.

  • Measure What Matters - Track KPIs across event ROI, lead gen, brand engagement, and partnership impact—and iterate fast.

  • Be Our Experience Architect - Ensure everything we show to the world reflects Aquablu’s bold, clean, and purpose-driven identity.

✅ What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or brand activations (B2B is a plus!).

  • A proven track record in planning and executing trade shows and experiential events.

  • Natural relationship-builder with a talent for creating win-win partnerships.

  • Obsession with premium brand experiences and standout storytelling.

  • Strong project management skills a.k.a. you know how to keep plates spinning.

  • Analytical mindset. We need you to measure your impact and learn from it.

  • Fluent in English (extra European languages = bonus points).

  • Thrive in a fast-moving scaleup where initiative is everything.
