Your Mission:
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is equal parts data-driven strategist, AI-powered marketer, and ABM specialist. In this role, you will focus on building high-converting digital funnels, scaling our ABM programs, and optimizing paid media budgets to maximize ROI. Your expertise will help us target high-value accounts and drive pipeline growth while continuously testing and refining our approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
ABM-Driven Growth: Lead and manage AI-powered ABM programs, leveraging predictive analytics and automation to target high-value accounts. Develop targeted campaigns that align with our GTM strategy and fuel revenue growth through precise account segmentation.
Paid Media & Demand Gen: Own and optimize paid media budgets across search, social, and programmatic channels, ensuring efficient ad spend that supports our ABM initiatives.
Regional & Indirect Demand Strategy: Develop and execute demand generation strategies for indirect sales channels and key regional markets to accelerate pipeline growth.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and implement CRO strategies across our website and marketing funnels, employing A/B and multivariate testing to boost conversion rates.
Rapid Landing Page Deployment: Quickly create and iterate high-converting campaign pages using Framer, enabling fast testing and continuous optimization of marketing experiments.
Acquisition & Growth Experiments: Own acquisition channels, run data-driven experiments, and iterate based on funnel analytics (CTR, bounce rate, lead quality, etc.) to drive ongoing improvements.
Attribution & Forecasting: Implement standardized campaign analytics and attribution models to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize budget efficiency.
Job requirements
About You
You’re a data-driven marketing innovator with a passion for smart scaling, experimentation, and delivering results.
Experience: 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or paid media roles, with a strong focus on ABM.
ABM Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing ABM campaigns that drive measurable results.
Paid Media Mastery: Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic campaigns.
AI & Automation Skills: Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, HubSpot), automation, and no-code growth hacking solutions.
Test & Learn Mindset: Comfortable running experiments, analyzing data, and iterating for continuous improvement.
Strong Communicator: Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies and work cross-functionally.
Project Management Mastery: Skilled in executing growth initiatives efficiently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship (we are not registered IND sponsors).
Bonus: Experience with SEO and transactional landing page optimization is a plus.
