About the role
Aquablu is scaling fast across Europe, and pipeline is mission-critical.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to build and run our demand generation engine across direct sales and partner channels.
This is not a brand or awareness role.
This is a pipeline role.
You’ll design, build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself — in the tools, in the data, and in close collaboration with Sales and Channels. If you’re looking to set strategy and hand execution off to others, this won’t be the right fit.
What You’ll Own:
As Head of Growth Marketing, you own qualified pipeline generation end to end.
You translate revenue targets into demand programs, execute them yourself, and continuously improve performance based on data. You’ll work in a small, senior team with real ownership — and real expectations.
Demand Generation & Pipeline
Build and run multi-channel demand gen programs that generate qualified pipeline
Execute ABM programs (1:Many+) end to end: targeting, activation, and measurement
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns directly in LinkedIn, Google, and marketing automation tools
Own pipeline targets and track MQL → SQL → opportunity conversion by region and channel
Growth Experiments
Test new growth channels and tactics beyond the current playbook
Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
Maintain a focused roadmap of growth bets
Partner & Indirect Channels
Create demand gen playbooks and campaign templates for partners
Support co-marketing initiatives and drive pipeline through indirect markets
Work closely with the Channel team on partner activation
Analytics & Optimization
Build and maintain growth dashboards
Review performance weekly/monthly and optimize campaigns continuously
Team & Collaboration
Lead and develop the growth team
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Channel
Set clear priorities and make trade-offs where needed
About You:
6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline, not just leads
Hands-on experience running ABM programs with clear commercial impact
Deep platform expertise: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar) — you execute yourself
Experience across the full demand stack: paid, content, email, website conversion
Strong analytical skills: dashboards, attribution, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision-making
Experience translating revenue targets into pipeline plans
Comfortable testing new channels and challenging existing playbooks
Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam (hybrid)
Nice to have
Experience in tech, SaaS, or hardware-enabled B2B
Exposure to partner- or channel-led GTM motions
Experience operating across multiple European markets
