🌟About the role:

As our People & Culture Intern, you’ll be diving headfirst into all things HR, getting hands-on experience across recruitment, operations, and company culture. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Being involved in the recruitment process, think; CVs, interviews, employer branding and more!  

• Working directly with the People & Culture Lead and all our hiring managers – it’s like getting a backstage pass to how our team grows.

• Take part in weekly meetings, ensuring all 'people projects' are aligned with the business needs.

• Pitching in on performance reviews and other employee topics, helping the team grow and thrive.

• If all goes well, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of the intern recruitment processes – from managing applications to conducting interviews and closing the deals!

• Boosting our company vibe by planning fun events, engagement activities, and making sure everyone feels supported. 

• Helping us keep things organized behind the scenes – think contracts, employee data, and our HR systems. 

The Internship: Starts in ASAP, duration is 6 months, on-site in Amsterdam, 32-40 hours weekly. 

In our fast growing environment, you’ll quickly see the impact of your work while gaining hands-on experience across all facets of HR, getting a true feel for the field. Step into this internship with real ownership and independence. Ready to make a splash and help shape an amazing workplace!

You’re the kind of person who:

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, and will remain enrolled for the duration of the internship.

• Can’t wait to dive into new challenges and take ownership in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Is super organised and has an eye for details, even when juggling multiple things at once.

• Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in dynamic environments and are energised by variety and change.

• A true people person – you’re comfortable talking to everyone, from candidates to executives (you have large social battery).

• Is passionate about joining a company with a mission (hello, saving 1 billion plastic bottles by 2030!).

• Speaks fluent English (bonus points if you can throw in some Dutch).

• You live in (or very close to) Amsterdam

• Available 4 or 5 days per week, hybrid working model (office first)
