About the role
As our new Coordinator Planning & Logistics, youâll be at the heart of our operations. Youâll be the link between our Service Engineers, logistics partners, and internal teams, making sure everything flows smoothly. From coordinating shipments to adjusting daily schedules, youâll keep things moving and step in wherever needed.
This isnât just a desk job. One moment youâre adjusting the planning for a Service Engineer, the next youâre solving a delivery issue or even jumping in to ship something urgent yourself. Itâs a role with lots of ownership, variety, and plenty of little puzzles to solve: which client request takes priority, whatâs the smartest route for tomorrowâs visits, or how do we resolve those five missing deliveries? What youâll do
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with our 3PL, including tracking packages and resolving exceptions (30%)
Own the weekly planning and daily adjustments for our Service Engineers team (30%)
Act as the first point of contact for Service Engineers regarding planning-related questions (20%)
Occasionally pack and ship orders directly from our headquarters (10%)
Contribute to operational improvement initiatives (10%)
About you
Youâre someone who thrives in a central role, bringing structure to a fast-paced environment while keeping both colleagues and customers happy. You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and enjoy tackling problems head-on.
Must-haves:
Experience with planning or coordination in logistics, service, or operations (or very eager to learn!)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of many moving parts
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with colleagues and external partners
Comfortable using digital tools (planning systems, ERP, shipment tracking portals)
Proactive problem solver who enjoys jumping in where needed
Proficient in Dutch (B1 minimum) and English
Based in the Netherlands, able to work 4â5 days a week from our HQ
Able to work without visa sponsorship from the company in the Netherlands.
Nice-to-haves:
Background in a fast-paced, scale-up or startup environment
Affinity with technical products or working with field service teams
Previous experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
MBO+ or HBO-level thinking and working experience
