Job description

Are you ready to be the go-to expert for our dealer network? In this role, you’ll be supporting our partners every step of the way with our Aquablu REFILL+ systems. You will provide essential technical support to our dealers, helping with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. What else? You’ll own the mission of making our support systems scalable and smooth, working across teams to make sure our processes are top-notch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly face (or voice!) our dealers rely on for technical support. You’ll help them tackle hardware, software, and connectivity challenges, making their lives a whole lot easier.

  • Use your expertise to diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone and email, delivering clear, step-by-step solutions so our dealers and clients can feel confident using our systems.

  • Run technical training sessions to give our dealers the knowledge and confidence to handle their own system support, building a truly self-sufficient network.

  • Take ownership of our HelpDesk documentation, creating scalable processes with input from engineering, product, and client success teams to support our growth.

  • Work closely with different teams to solve complex issues and make our support processes adaptable and effective for everyone involved.

  • Keep track of support cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and keeping our records accurate for a seamless support experience.

  • Monitor system performance, recommend preventive steps, and address potential issues before they happen.

  • Spot recurring issues, escalate unresolved ones, and share insights that help us make our product even better!

About you: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role (bonus if it’s in IoT or tech!).

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Fantastic communication skills—you can make even the most complex concepts sound simple.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Detail-oriented and truly focused on creating an outstanding customer experience.

  • Experienced with setting up and improving digital documentation (in a structured way).

  • Do not require visa sponsorship (we are not IND sponsors).

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience delivering training to partners or customers.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
