About the role

Want to launch your sales career and actually learn how to sell — for real?

We’re looking for an outbound-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Nordic markets. This is the perfect entry-level role if you want to master prospecting, build strong commercial skills, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

You’ll be on the phone daily, booking high-quality meetings for our channel partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. At the same time, Aquablu will invest heavily in you: through hands-on coaching, AI-powered tools that remove busywork, and clear growth paths into more senior commercial roles.

This role is fast-paced, people-facing, and very hands-on. You’ll learn by doing — and by getting better every single week. 📞

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive outbound in the Nordics: Cold call office environments (50+ employees) across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland to book qualified meetings for our channel partners.

  • Run multi-channel outreach: Use phone (primary), email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and create conversations.

  • Build real sales skills: Practice discovery, objection handling, and qualification daily while learning how offices think about wellbeing, sustainability, and hydration.

  • Work with partners & the team: Support partner pipelines, collaborate closely with the Nordic Channel Manager, and act as a trusted extension of the partner team.

  • Learn fast with coaching: Improve week over week through call reviews, playbooks, and hands-on sales coaching.

  • Represent Aquablu: Join partner events and trade shows across the Nordics.

About you

  • Comfortable on the phone: Rejection doesn’t scare you — it motivates you

  • Experience: Outbound sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or similar roles

  • Fluent in Swedish (required) and English; other Nordic languages are a big plus

  • Based in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam.

  • Hungry to grow: You see this role as a launchpad for your sales career

  • Highly coachable: You actively seek feedback and apply it

  • Resilient & self-driven: You own your targets and bounce back from tough days

  • Strong communicator: You build rapport quickly and represent Aquablu professionally

How you’ll grow 🚀

This role is a launchpad for your sales career. You’ll quickly build strong fundamentals in cold calling, qualification, and discovery through daily practice and hands-on coaching. After 12–18 months, you’ll be ready to grow into roles like Account Executive, Partner Management, or other commercial positions at Aquablu.
